That’s why we’re sharing our expertise to help you calculate your all-in wedding budget using real estimates and pricing ranges from vendors in Eastern Washington. Whether you book with us or not, this free tool is designed to make your planning process easier, more transparent, and stress-free.

Drinks

  • Our group isn’t big drinkers, it’s a shorter reception, or its DIY seltzers, beer, wine, iced tea and waters, about 3 drinks each all night. ~ $4.5/person

  • Our group likes to have a good time, it’s a longer reception, and it’s DIY seltzers, beer, wine, champagne toast, iced tea/sodas and waters, about 8 drinks each all night. ~ $11/person

  • Our group likes to have a good time and we are likely to include DIY seltzers, beer, wine, champagne toast, and waters/soda and signature cocktails or higher end options, about 8 drinks all night. ~$16/person

  • We don’t want the liability, we want to have the bar provided by a licensed bar service including seltzers, beer, wine, champagne toast, and non-alcoholic options, about 3 drinks each all night ~ $15/person.

  • We want the bar provided by a licensed bar service including the basics, signature cocktails or higher end options, about 8 drinks all night. $48/person.

Eats

  • DIY family and friends donating and providing food, prep, service, and cleanup ~$10/person.

  • Affordable caterer that tastes good and takes the hassle out of the day ~$16/person.

Photography

  • I’m looking for a lesser expensive option, possibly an amateur or family friend. $1500
